As such, Willowdene Farm has developed an extensive programme of training that blends theoretical knowledge and practical application to provide usable skills that open possibilities for meaningful long-term careers.

With formal training and ‘real-life’ workplace experience offered in both forestry activities and engineering, residents have an opportunity to acquire a skill-set that places them in a strong position in the job market. Add to that additional training in skills for life and vocational skills, and residents at Willowdene Farm receive training for a wide range of applicable skills.
