Women's Centre Senior LINC Worker
We are recruiting a Senior Women’s Centre Linc Worker to lead an expanding team to work with women within the criminal justice system providing support to them via holistic, trauma-informed assessment and intervention to reduce offending. As well as carrying your own case load, you will build strong partnership relationships with complementary services and referral agencies, and develop your team to deliver the overall project aims. Women's Centre LINC Worker
Women's Centre Residential Worker
We are recruiting both part-time and full-time female Women’s Centre residential workers to work with women who are completing residential programmes. Residential workers will be based at Willowdene, working flexible shifts including overnight stays and participating in a staff team approach to supporting women to make lasting changes to their lives. Based out of Willowdene’s main South Shropshire site, the Community Connector will work across Telford and Wrekin to: provide outreach activities and training for professionals and communities; work with vulnerable clients and those that struggle to engage with services; and provide advice, assessment, brief and structured interventions, group programmes and training courses. Based at Willowdene, as well as within locations across West Mercia, ETE coaches will work across the region delivering innovative, transformational interventions to support service-users to break cycles of offending and take steps towards establishing a purposeful, working lifestyle. .
