Women's Centre LINC Worker

We are recruiting three female Women’s Centre LINC Workers to work with women within the Criminal Justice System.  Each LINC Worker will be based at Willowdene, as well as within locations in West Mercia communities to develop strong partnership relationships with both referrers and relevant local services, to support women via holistic, trauma informed assessment and intervention to reduce offending.  Click the button below to download an application pack.

Women's Centre Residential Worker​

We are recruiting both part-time and full-time female Women’s Centre residential workers to work with women who are completing residential programmes.  Residential workers will be based at Willowdene, working flexible shifts including overnight stays and participating in a staff team approach to supporting women to make lasting changes to their lives.  Click the button below to download an application pack.

West Mercia ETE Coach

Based at Willowdene, as well as within locations across West Mercia, ETE coaches will work across the region delivering innovative, transformational interventions to support service-users to break cycles of offending and take steps towards establishing a purposeful, working lifestyle. . Community Connector

Based out of Willowdene’s main South Shropshire site, the Community Connector will work across Telford and Wrekin to: provide outreach activities and training for professionals and communities; work with vulnerable clients and those that struggle to engage with services; and provide advice, assessment, brief and structured interventions, group programmes and training courses.
