The package

The role

Driving service development and quality, and with a focus on customer care, you will be working with people furthest from the labour market, motivating and mentoring participants facing social and economic barriers to sustained employment. 

You’ll also work alongside potential employers to create openings for work experience and interview opportunities for participants, supporting those them through every step of their journey into employment and a purposeful life. 

The person

This is a role that requires passion, commitment, patience, determination empathy and a willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ (and that’s just for starters).  Alongside those personal qualities, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to take the initiative and develop and run with new ideas, be able to find creative solutions to unusual problems (as well as the usual ones), be organised and committed to your own ongoing development in order to maximise the potential of what will be a dynamic and changing role.  

The package

Offering a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2022, this role provides a highly competitive package.  With a salary that reflects your skills and experience, as well as the demands of the role, all the tools you need to fulfil your duties (including the latest IT and mobile equipment), and training to help you not only maximise but extend your skills, experience and knowledge, you will be well rewarded.  With generous annual leave, a company pension and opportunities to extend your skills and experience within a dynamic organisation, this is truly a unique opportunity.
